Oh boy and girl, the stewardesses will have their hands full making the airline smell good again... (I know it well. My sister had an accident once, and it smelled in mid-flight; no diaper! My family had to get a blanket to cover her bottom up and had to constantly help the cabin crew spray neutralizing odor in the fuselage.)
Queen’s English is not easy to learn for an American English speaker. Russell and Linda may have been married for four years, but it is going to take time for her to be able to know what Russell is saying. A book or website focusing on Queen’s English might be able to help her.
In the film Austin Powers in Goldmember, Austin and his father noted the differences between Queen’s English and American English. Subtitles appeared noting what they were saying in Queen’s English.

It is safe to assume that Linda likely uses disposable diapers. Disposable diapers are easier to use because they do not have to be taken home to be washed. There is also the matter of putting a used cloth diaper in something that will keep the odor from getting out until it can be washed 🤢. (I am sure that most animals have a good sense of smell; animals can notice odors better than most humans can.)
I can feel for Linda here, I do imagine it must be hard to prove to your spouse's parents (whichever gender you are) that you are a good parent to their grandchild. Although I think they'll be fine with how she's doing because she's already on good terms with them. If she had gotten off to a bad foot meeting them, they'd be much more likely to over-analyze everything they see her doing with their grandkid and be sure to tell Russ that he messed up marrying her :D Like, for example, Russ not being on the best of terms with Linda's mom, I can imagine *her* scrutinizing every little detail of Russ' fatherhood XD
Also I'm getting damn tired of my comments showing up on the previous strip instead of the current one. I am really starting to hate the new comments system! :(
I haven't been having that problem. My comments are being posted on the correct strip each time. That is rather odd that only you have been having this issue for some reason?
Neither Russell nor Linda likely noticed Amanda's... accident until they got her out of the car seat. Both likely noticed when Amanda's grandmother picked her up from the stroller.
That sounds more like Garfield venting about Nermal. He is so cute that it makes Garfield jealous.
(Cats are very territorial. When two or more cats are in the same area, they will fight. Garfield barely tolerates Odie but does everything he can to rid himself of Nermal. Nonetheless, Nermal eventually comes back to annoy Garfield.)
However, you can say too that Amanda has brought "some personal unwanted luggage"...
XD

Benny Hill: Come, wench, a kiss for you king!
Wench: What would your queen say?
Benny: Oh, never mind about him!
Does Linda use a cloth or disposable diaper?

Ferris looks good in that New Year's costume he is wearing. What is Renata's (sp?) problem?
